Design Day
This smaller services provides you with a comprehensive design plan so you can achieve the same level of magazine-worthy design you see in our portfolio. With a plan in hand, you can confidently manage the renovation details, purchasing of items needed for the design, and putting together the room yourself.
We design.You implement
This service includes:
- Discovery call
- Up to two hours of in person design time per package. This will happen on design day.
- Up to six hours of behind the scenes design time
- Digital mood board with chosen items
- Budget with chosen items
- Order management for any trade sourced items. This comes with a 20% markup fee on top of the trade cost which typically equals out to retail.
- Follow-up design call
Timeline: Your design plan will be ready within 1 week.
Investment:
Our Design Day service is a flat fee of $2,500. It does not include revisions, project management, installation, or renderings. If items are purchased with trade discount, all items must be purchased within two weeks post design day.
