Our most inclusive service, we'll take your space from bare bones to beautiful with our exclusive three phase design process. We'll plan and manage all aspects of your project from start to finish so you don't have to. If you like the attention to detail and style of work you see in our portfolio, this is the service for you.
Phase One
This phase includes:
- In home kickoff meeting
- Floor plans and elevations
- 3D Sketch Up Model
- Sourcing of furniture, fixtures, and finishes
- Ordering of samples and swatches
- Meeting with trades to prepare estimates
- Design presentation
- Design support & revisions
Timeline: Depending on the scope of work, this phase may take 2-4 weeks or longer from the official start date.
DESIGN
Phase Two
This phase includes:
- Ordering and purchasing items
- Coordinating and managing trades
- Scheduled site visits to oversee work being done
- Coordinating deliveries and shipments
- Status updates throughout your project
Timeline: Depending on the scope of work, this phase may take 12-16 weeks or longer, or up to a year.
Project Management
Phase Three
This phase includes:
- Coordination of white glove delivery of your goods
- Onsite management by LCB Design on install day
- Hand selected accessories to complete your design
- Styling of your finished rooms
- Photoshoot
- Post install design support
Timeline: Depending on the size of your project, there may be more than one installation.
